Faith Formation

Mardi Gras Family Party Night

Description: St. Bernard Youth Ministry Groups will be hosting a Mardi Gras Family Party Night for our parishioners on Sunday, February 19th at 4:30 PM. There will be authentic New Orleans cuisine consisting of jambalaya, pulled port, red beans and rice, beniets (New Orleans fried donuts smothered with powdered sugar) and of course King Cakes! There will be family games, a pinata, photo opportunities, and much more. The eveing is free of charge, however, reservations are required and can be made by contacting the Faith Formation Office or by filling out a registration form.

Life Line Screening

Title: Life Line Screening

Description: Our church will host a preventative health screening event on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 for residents in and around the community. Life Line Screening will perform screenings for 1) Carotid artery blockage 2) atrial fibrillation 3) abdominal aortic aneurysm 4) peripheral arterial disease 5) osteoporosis (bone loss). Prices range from $129 to $159. These screenings are recommended for anyone 50 and older, or 40 and over with cardiovascular risk factors.
